این شرکت به دنبال استخدام یک کارشناس ارشد امور گمرکی و ترخیص کالا در تهران است. این موقعیت شغلی در صنعت تولید نفت و گاز ـ پالایش نفت و پتروشیمی قرار دارد و به دنبال فردی متخصص در مدیریت و اجرای عملیات تدارکات و زنجیره تأمین است.
شرح شغل:
- برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی فرآیندهای تدارکات و حمل‌ونقل.
- نظارت بر خرید و تأمین مواد اولیه و کالاهای مورد نیاز.
- مذاکره با تأمین‌کنندگان و مدیریت قراردادها.
- پیگیری ارسال کالا و نظارت بر فرآیندهای گمرکی.
- بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری در زنجیره تأمین.
- انجام امور مربوط به تخصیص ارز و رفع تعهدات بانکی و آشنایی با سامانه جامع تجارت.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی با کامپیوتر و مهارت در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط.
- مهارت در زبان انگلیسی.
- توانایی تحلیل و حل مسائل.
- تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه تدارکات و زنجیره تأمین.
- آشنایی با کالا و تعرفه‌های گمرکی و اسناد خرید و حمل.
- آگاهی از قوانین و مقررات گمرکی و اداره صحت.
- آشنایی با کار با سامانه‌ها.
- مسلط به امور مرتبط با ثبت سفارش، دریافت مجوزهای واردات و صادرات، اظهار و ترخیص.
Oil Construction and Design (ODCC) is looking to hire a senior procurement expert in Tehran. This job position is located in the oil and gas production, oil refining and petrochemical industry and is looking for a person who is an expert in the management and implementation of procurement and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination of processes Procurement and transportation
- Monitoring the purchase and supply of raw materials and required goods
- Negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts
- Tracking the shipment of goods and monitoring customs processes
- Cost optimization and increase interest Vari in the supply chain
- Mastery of matters related to order registration, obtaining import and export permits, declaration and clearance
_ Matters related to currency allocation and settlement of bank obligations and familiarity with the comprehensive trade system
_ Knowledge of goods and customs tariffs and purchase and shipping documents
_Awareness of customs laws and regulations and health department
familiar with working with systems
Competencies:
- Education in Management, commerce or business field
- familiarity with computer and skill in using related software
- proficiency in English
- ability to analyze and solve problems
- related work experience in the field of logistics and supply chain provide
