شرکت دانش‌بنیان و تولیدی توسعه انتقال داده آرین مالک علامت تجاری EASYGIGs در کشور، فعال در حوزه طراحی، تولید، تامین و فروش تجهیزات شبکه کامپیوتری و انتقال داده، در راستای تکمیل و گسترش واحد بازرگانی خود اقدام به جذب کارشناس ارشد بازرگانی خارجی در حوزه مخابرات، شبکه کامپیوتری و الکترونیک می‌نماید.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• انجام فرایندهای مرتبط با بازرگانی بین‌الملل مجموعه.
• انجام کامل فرایندهای مرتبط با صدور پروفورما، ثبت براورد تولید، شناسه کالا، ثبت سفارش، تخصیص ارز، حمل بین‌الملل، سازمان تنظیم مقررات، ترخیص و رفع تعهد.
• برنامه‌ریزی مناسب برای حصول اطمینان از انجام کامل فرایند واردات.
• حصول اطمینان از دریافت ثبت سفارش و تخصیص در کمترین زمان ممکن.
• حصول اطمینان از حمل کالا در زمان معقول و ترخیص در کمترین زمان ممکن.
• ثبت گزارشات و وضعیت پیشرفت بر روی سامانه CRM داخلی.
• ارائه گزارشات مدیریتی به مدیر مستقیم.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ و بر حسب نیاز ویژه بازرگانی بین‌الملل پنجشنبه و جمعه به صورت دورکار در صورت نیاز.
• نیاز به سفر کاری: بسته به نیاز ممکن است سفر به محل واحد تولیدی در منطقه ویژه اقتصادی پیام (البرز) و یا سفر خارج از کشور در برنامه کاری باشد.

الزامی:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مهندسی برق، مهندسی الکترونیک، مهندسی مخابرات یا مهندسی کامپیوتر.
• سابقه فعالیت بازرگانی در حوزه تجهیزات الکترونیکی، مخابراتی و یا قطعات الکترونیکی.
• مسلط به فرآیندهای ثبت سفارش و گمرک.
• آشنایی با فرایند ثبت آماری.
• مسلط به روش‌های آماده‌سازی پرفورما و انتخاب تعرفه و تعیین تعرفه.
• مسلط به فرایندهای ثبت سفارش و تخصیص ارز و ترخیص و رفع تعهد ارزی.
• مسلط به فرایندهای حمل بین‌المللی.
• مسلط به فرایندهای پرداخت ارزی بانکی (تخصیص ارز، حواله، برات، اعتبار).
• آشنایی کامل با سامانه جامع تجارت، گمرک، نیما، CRA، جامع انبارها، استاندارد و غیره.
• آشنایی با فرایند اخذ مجوزها از سازمان‌های انرژی اتمی، تنظیم مقررات رادیوی، دفتر برق و الکترونیک و استان تهران وزارت صمت.
• مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره و پیگیری امور خرید و ثبت سفارش.
• آشنایی با روال‌های ابطال تعهدنامه ارزی شرکت، نظارت و پیگیری درمورد دریافت رسید انبار کالاهای وارداتی.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی جهت مذاکره امور تجاری و بازرگانی.
