شرکت آریا سپهر شیمی جهت تکمیل تیم خود نیاز به یک برنامه‌ریز تولید در زمینه‌های مشتقات نفتی، محصولات آرایشی ـ بهداشتی لاین زیبایی دارد.
جایگاه سازمانی:
- گزارش دهی مستقیم به: مدیر تولید.
- همکاری نزدیک با: واحدهای فروش، تأمین، کنترل کیفیت، انبار، توسعه محصول و R&D.
هدف شغلی:
برنامه‌ریزی دقیق، بهینه و واقع‌بینانه فرآیندهای تولید محصولات آرایشی و بهداشتی به منظور تأمین به موقع سفارشات مشتریان، مدیریت مؤثر منابع و حفظ بهره‌وری در خطوط تولید هم راستا با استانداردهای بهداشتی و الزامات قانونی.
شرح وظایف اصلی:
برنامه‌ریزی تولید:
- تهیه و تنظیم برنامه‌های تولید روزانه، هفتگی و ماهانه بر اساس سفارشات فروش، پیش‌بینی تقاضا و ظرفیت خطوط تولید.
- تعیین اولویت‌های تولید با توجه به زمان تحویل، اهمیت مشتری، تاریخ انقضا و شرایط نگهداری مواد.
- زمان‌بندی دقیق برای تولید محصولات نهایی، نیمه ساخته و تولیدات آزمایشی (Pilot) در هماهنگی با بخش R&D.
مدیریت مواد اولیه و بسته‌بندی:
- تهیه لیست مواد مورد نیاز (MRP) برای هر برنامه تولید.
- بررسی موجودی انبار مواد اولیه و بسته‌بندی، پیش‌بینی کسری‌ها و ارسال درخواست خرید به موقع.
- هماهنگی با واحد تأمین جهت تضمین تحویل به موقع و با کیفیت مواد مورد نیاز.
کنترل موجودی و ظرفیت:
- کنترل موجودی محصولات نهایی، نیمه ساخته و ضایعات تولید.
- تحلیل ظرفیت تولید، نیروی انسانی، ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات برای ارائه برنامه واقع گرایانه.
- پایش مصرف واقعی مواد و تطبیق با استاندارد مصرف تعریف شده در BOM (Bill of Materials).
تحلیل و گزارش‌دهی:
- تحلیل روزانه عملکرد تولید در مقایسه با برنامه و شناسایی مغایرت‌ها.
- تهیه گزارش‌های آماری و تحلیلی برای مدیریت تولید و مدیریت کل شرکت.
- پیشنهاد اقدامات اصلاحی برای بهبود کارایی تولید، کاهش ضایعات و کاهش زمان‌های توقف.
هماهنگی بین واحدی:
- هماهنگی مؤثر با واحد کنترل کیفیت برای آزمایشات بین فرآیندی (IPQC) و پایش کیفی حین تولید.
- تعامل با تیم فروش برای تطبیق سفارشات و برنامه تولید.
- همکاری با تیم توسعه محصول و R&D برای برنامه‌ریزی تولید نمونه‌های اولیه یا تغییر فرمول‌ها.
رعایت استانداردها و الزامات قانونی:
- اطمینان از انطباق برنامه‌ریزی‌ها با اصول GMP، استانداردهای ISO 22716 و الزامات سازمان غذا و دارو.
- مستندسازی دقیق مراحل برنامه‌ریزی و تولید برای ممیزی‌های داخلی و خارجی.
- همراهی در جلسات ممیزی و پاسخ‌گویی به نهادهای نظارتی درباره فرآیندهای برنامه‌ریزی و تولید.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی شیمی، شیمی کاربردی یا مدیریت صنایع.
- داقل 3 تا 5 سال سابقه در حوزه برنامه‌ریزی تولید در صنایع آرایشی، بهداشتی، دارویی یا غذایی.
- سابقه کار با نرم‌افزارهای ERP/MRP (مانند SAP ،Oracle، سپیدار یا همکاران سیستم).
مهارت‌های تخصصی:
- تسلط کامل به مفاهیم برنامه‌ریزی تولید، کنترل موجودی، BOM ،Lead Time و ظرفیت‌سنجی.
- آشنایی با فرآیند تولید محصولات آرایشی و بهداشتی (مایع، نیمه جامد، پودری و غیره).
- توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای Excel پیشرفته، Power BI یا ابزارهای گزارش‌گیری دیگر.
- مسلط به مستندسازی و فرآیندهای SOP و فرم‌های برنامه‌ریزی تولید.
مهارت‌های فردی و رفتاری:
- دقت و توجه به جزئیات.
- توانایی مدیریت زمان و چندوظیفگی.
- روحیه کار تیمی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.

Organizational position:
Reporting directly to: Production Manager.
Close cooperation with: Sales, Supply, Quality Control, Warehouse, Product Development, and R&D units.
Job objective:
Precise, optimal, and realistic planning of cosmetic and health product production processes in order to meet customer orders on time, effectively manage resources, and maintain productivity in production lines in line with health standards and legal requirements.
Main duties:
Production planning:
Prepare and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders, demand forecasting, and production line capacity.
Determine production priorities based on delivery time, customer importance, expiration date, and material storage conditions.
Precise scheduling for the production of finished products, semi-finished products, and pilot production in coordination with the R&D department.
Raw Material and Packaging Management:
Prepare a Material Requirements Plan (MRP) for each production plan.
Check raw material and packaging inventory, forecast shortages, and send purchase requests on time.
Coordinate with the supply unit to ensure timely and quality delivery of required materials.
Inventory and Capacity Control:
Control inventory of finished products, semi-finished products, and production waste.
Analyze production capacity, manpower, machinery, and equipment to provide a realistic plan.
Monitor actual material consumption and comply with the consumption standard defined in the BOM (Bill of Materials).
Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze daily production performance compared to the plan and identify discrepancies.
Prepare statistical and analytical reports for production management and overall company management.
Propose corrective actions to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and reduce downtime.
Inter-unit coordination:
Effective coordination with the quality control unit for inter-process testing (IPQC) and quality monitoring during production.
Interact with sales team to align orders and production schedule.
Collaborate with product development and R&D team to plan production of prototypes or change formulas.
Compliance with standards and legal requirements:
Ensure compliance of planning with GMP principles, ISO 22716 standards and FDA requirements.
Accurately document planning and production steps for internal and external audits.
Attend audit meetings and respond to regulatory bodies regarding planning and production processes.
Qualification requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, applied chemistry or industrial management.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning in the cosmetic, health, pharmaceutical or food industries.
Experience working with ERP/MRP software (such as SAP, Oracle, Sepidar or system partners).
Specialized skills:
Full mastery of the concepts of production planning, inventory control, BOM, Lead Time and capacity measurement.
Familiarity with the production process of cosmetic and health products (liquid, semi-solid, powder, etc.).
Ability to work with advanced Excel software, Power BI or other reporting tools.
Proficient in documentation and SOP processes and production planning forms.
