به عنوان یک مهندس پشتیبانی تولید، شما:
• رویه‌های عملیاتی استاندارد (SOPS) را مطابق با الزامات شرکت توسعه و بازبینی خواهید کرد، و از تبعیت از روش‌شناسی تمیز و رویکرد مبتنی بر فرآیند اطمینان حاصل می‌کنید.
• فرآیندهای کنترل تغییر را برای sops، از جمله کنترل‌های غیرمستقیم، درخواست‌های تغییر (ncrs) را مدیریت می‌کنید. انحرافات از طریق چرخه‌های تحقیق با استفاده از ابزارهای حل مسئله.

مهارت ها و مدارک شما
• حداقل مدرک لیسانس در مهندسی (برق، مکانیک یا شیمی/بیوتکنولوژی) یا علوم (شیمی، فیزیک• تجربه مرتبط انسانی، ...) صنعت.
• دانش کافی از شیوه های تولید خوب (gmp).
• ذهنیت سازمانی، سیستماتیک و ساختاریافته.
• مهارت کامل کاری در زبان انگلیسی شفاهی و نوشتاری ضروری است.

Your new role
As a Production Support Engineer, you will:
• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with company requirements, ensuring adherence to cLEAN methodology and process-based approach.
• Manage change control processes for SOPs, including handling Change Requests (CRs), Non-Conformities (NCs),
• Handle Deviations through investigation cycles using problem solving tools.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and validation activities, ensuring compliance with NN validation strategy, SOPs, and principles.
• Serve as an equipment expert, assisting in test activities and providing knowledge for product documentation.
• Support quality performance evaluation, consumer complaint investigations, training initiatives, and on-call production line support.
Your new department
At Novo Nordisk Pars in Kordan, you will join the Production Support Team, a high-performing group dedicated to ensuring efficient and economical production processes. Our team focuses on designing and implementing innovative production processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. With a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere, we work together to make a meaningful impact on the lives of diabetes patients.
Your skills & qualifications
• At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or chemical/biotechnology) or science (chemistry, physics, …)
• 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Adequate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Organizational, systematic, and structured mind-set.
• Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
