A company in the field of producing refrigerator parts is looking for an administrative and office expert for the Tehran location. This role helps to coordinate and support the administrative activities of the company and requires accuracy and high communication skills.
Terms of cooperation:
Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Asr.

Responsibilities:
- Management of daily correspondence and follow-up of related matters
- Coordination Meetings and scheduling meetings
- Receiving and distributing documents to different departments of the company
- Support in matters related to human resources and personnel
- Collecting and preparing periodical reports and presenting them to Management
Qualifications:
- Degree in management, commerce or trade
- Work experience in administrative and office environments
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and set priorities
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
