کارشناس بازاریابی و تبلیغات در موسسه قرض‌الحسنه سخاوت مسئولیت برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای استراتژی‌های تبلیغاتی و بازاریابی را برعهده دارد. این مسئولیت شامل تحلیل داده‌ها و تحقیقات بازار، طراحی گرافیک و تولید محتوا و آموزش تفکر مشتری‌مداری به دیگر کارکنان است.

شرح شغل:

• تحلیل و تفسیر داده‌های بازار برای شناسایی روندها و فرصت‌ها.
• تولید و طراحی محتوای جذاب و خلاقانه برای تبلیغات و پیشبرد فروش.
• تدوین و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های تبلیغاتی برای جذب و نگهداشت مشتریان.
• برگزاری جلسات آموزشی برای ترویج فرهنگ و استراتژی‌های مشتری‌مداری در بین کارکنان.
• مدیریت و اجرای کمپین‌های تبلیغات دیجیتال به صورت مؤثر.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری قابل توجه در حوزه بازاریابی و تبلیغات.
• مهارت در تحلیل داده‌ها و انجام تحقیقات بازار.
• توانایی طراحی گرافیک و تولید محتوای دیجیتال.
• شناخت عمیق از مفاهیم و ابزارهای تبلیغات دیجیتال.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی بالا و توانایی کار تیمی.
• خلاقیت و نوآوری.
