**Job Responsibilities:**
**Campaign Management:**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote online courses.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
**Product Management:**
- Oversee the lifecycle of online courses from inception to launch.
- Collaborate with course creators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to develop high-quality educational content.
- Ensure that courses meet market demands and align with company goals.
**Market Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the medical education sector.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry best practices to enhance course offerings.
- Gather and analyze feedback from students and educators to improve course content and delivery.
**Strategic Planning:**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase enrollment and engagement in online courses.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing plans to reach them effectively.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
**Content Development:**
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling promotional materials, including emails, social media posts, blog articles, and videos.
- Ensure that all content is consistent with the brand's voice and messaging.
**Reporting and Analytics:**
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
**Required Competencies:**
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, preferably in the educational or medical sector.
- Experience with online course management and product development.
**Skills:**
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
**Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
**Education:**
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
