مسئولیت‌ها:

• مشارکت در طراحی، توسعه، آموزش و پیاده‌سازی مدل‌های زبانی بزرگ (Large Language Models) برای کاربردهای مختلف.
• انجام پیش‌پردازش داده‌های متنی شامل پاکسازی، توکن‌سازی، ریشه‌یابی و لماتیزه‌سازی.
• توسعه و بهینه‌سازی الگوریتم‌ها و مدل‌های پردازش زبان طبیعی (NLP).
• fine-tuning مدل‌های موجود برای بهبود عملکرد در کاربردهای خاص.
• طراحی و بهینه‌سازی سیستم‌های Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• رهبری تکنیکی در حوزه NLP و همچنین مسئول توسعه و بهبود مدل های پردازش زبان طبیعی.
• همکاری در توسعه چت‌بات‌های هوشمند.
• همکاری در محیط‌های توسعه Agile و مشارکت در جلسات Scrum.

شرایط احراز:

مهارت‌های تخصصی:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه هوش مصنوعی، یادگیری عمیق و مدل‌های زبانی بزرگ.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مهندسی کامپیوتر، مهندسی برق، هوش مصنوعی یا رشته‌های مرتبط (یا حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته های مهندسی به همراه تجربه حرفه‌ای قوی یا پروژه‌های عملی برجسته).
• تجربه عملی در کار با مدل‌های زبانی بزرگ (LLM) مانند GPT و BERT یا مدل‌های مشابه و پیاده‌سازی، آموزش و Fine-Tuning آن‌ها در پروژه‌های مقیاس‌پذیر
• مسلط به پردازش زبان طبیعی (NLP)، از جمله تکنیک و تسک‌‌های پیشرفته مانند Named Entity Recognition ،Machine Translation ،Text Summarization و ابزارهای NLP.
• آشنایی با مدل‌های زبانی بزرگ و پیاده‌سازی و fine tune کردن آن‌ها در پروژه‌های واقعی.
• مسلط به پردازش زبان طبیعی (NLP) ، ابزارها و کتابخانه‌های مرتبط.
• مسلط به اصول و روش‌های یادگیری ماشین و یادگیری عمیق.
• مسلط به زبان پایتون و کتابخانه‌های مهم یادگیری ماشین.
• تجربه طراحی و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• تجربه کار با فریم‌ورک‌های PyTorch یا TensorFlow برای توسعه و استقرار مدل‌های یادگیری عمیق.
• تجربه عملی در روش‌های توسعه Agile و همکاری در محیط‌های تیمی Agile مانند Scrum.

مهارت‌های امتیازی:

• تجربه عملی با Docker و Kubernetes برای مدیریت محیط‌های توسعه و مقیاس‌پذیری سیستم‌ها در محیط‌های ابری.
• تجربه عملی در پیاده‌سازی چت‌بات‌های هوشمند، به ویژه با پلتفرم‌هایی مانند Rasa.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های چندمدلی (Multimodal).
• آشنایی با پایگاه داده‌های NoSQL مانند MongoDB.

AI Specialist

Responsibilities
