مهارت‌های تخصصی:

• مهارت کافی بر روی سرویس‌های مایکروسافت (MCSA) و Exchange Server.
• مهارت کافی بر روی VMware ESXi و VMware vCenter.
•  مهارت کافی بر روی فایروال سخت‌افزاری، پالیسی‌ها و رول‌های امنیتی.
• توانایی در رفع مشکلات کلاینت (Hardware-OS).
• مهارت کافی بر روی تجهیزات میکروتیک.
• آشنایی با استاندارهای امنیت اطلاعات خصوصاً ISO 27001 (ISMS) و ISO 27002.
• مهارت کافی جهت پشتیبانی نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری کلاینت.

مهارت‌های عمومی:

• روحیه تیمی و کار گروهی.
• مهارت مستندسازی و ارائه گزارش.
• انگیزه بالای یادگیری و نظم.
• توانایی خطایابی و رفع مشکل سرویس‌ها.
