مشاور کسب وکار سازمان (حوزه بانکداری) | Business Consultant

شرح شغل:

• برقراری ارتباط و همکاری با شبکه مشاوران ارشد، مدیران پروژه‌های مشاوره‌ای، تیم‌های کاری مشتریان.
• انجام مطالعات و تحلیل‌های مبتنی بر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات برای درک بهتر سازمان‌ها، صنایع و بازارهای مختلف موضوع مشاوره و مورد نیاز مخاطبان خدمات مشاوره.
• کمک در طراحی و انجام مصاحبه‌ها و تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های لازم امر مشاوره با همکاران یا تیم مدیریتی مشتریان، نهادهای ذی‌مدخل و کارشناسان توانمند بیرون از سازمان و سایر ذی‌نفعان.
• طراحی و کمک در برگزاری رویدادهای حرفه‌ای، گروه‌های متمرکز و کارگاه‌ها، میزگردها به صورت دوره‌ای یا به فراخور نیاز پروژهای مشاوره‌ای با مشتریان و ذی‌نفعان آن‌ها.
• همکاری در تهیه RFPها و پروپوزال‌های جلب و ارایه خدمات مشاوره با مشتری هدف و شبکه مشاوران ارشد.
• تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی دوره‌ای و Presentationهای کاری.
• مدیریت پروژه‌های مشاوره‌ای و پیگیری زمان‌بندی‌ها، وظایف و خروجی‌های تعهد شده از مشاوران و تیم‌های مشاوره با توجه به زمان‌بندی‌های آمده در قراردادهای و شرح خدمات و شکست کارهای مربوطه.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کلی با مفاهیم اقتصادی بانکی، اکوسیستم بانکی و بازار خدمات مالی.
• مسلط به زیرساخت‌­ها، فناوری­‌ها و مفاهیم فناوری اطلاعات به ویژه در حوزه‌های پرداخت و بانکداری.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی و به طور خاص درک متون علمی و تجاری.
• مهارت بالای ارتباطات، پژوهشگری، ارائه‌ گزارش شفاهی و کتبی.
• انعطاف‌پذیری و خلاقیت،نتیجه گرایی، دارای تفکر سیستمی و نقادانه، توانایی بررسی و حل مسئله، مسئولیت‌پذیری و روحیه کار تیمی.

Description of duties

Establishing communication and collaboration with the network of senior consultants, consulting project managers, clients' work teams;
Conducting studies and analyzes based on collecting data and information for a better understanding of organizations. , different industries and markets, the subject of consultation and the needs of the audience of consulting services;
help in designing and conducting interviews and completing the necessary questionnaires for consultation with colleagues or the management team of clients, relevant institutions and capable experts outside the organization and other stakeholders Beneficiaries;
design and help in organizing professional events e., focus groups and workshops, roundtables periodically or according to the needs of consulting projects with clients and their stakeholders;
cooperation in preparing RFPs and proposals to attract and provide consulting services with the target client and network of consultants Senior;
Preparation of periodical analytical reports and work presentations;
Management of consulting projects and follow-up of schedules, tasks and committed outputs from consultants and consulting teams according to the schedules in Contracts and description of services and failure of related works;
Skills

General familiarity with banking economic concepts, banking ecosystem and financial services market
Mastery of infrastructure, technologies and information technology concepts, especially in payment and banking fields
