We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer who can join us as a co-founder. You’ll play a key role in the development process, bringing our vision to life as we build a scalable platform from the ground up. 

- Take charge of the full development cycle, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with our team to design and develop scalable, responsive, and user-friendly solutions.
- Ensure the platform’s security, reliability, and performance.
- Engage in problem-solving, creative thinking, and strategic input during product design and development.
- Measure and analyze key performance factors during the first month of collaboration.
- Helping build a tech team with a differentiated skillset.

- Strong experience in full-stack development (React, PHP, Node.js, MongoDB, etc.).
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
- A passion for video games and esports.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- The first month as a test period: We will assess key performance metrics to gauge fit and performance.
- Final offer based on performance: Potential co-founder position, including a mix of:
