مهندس صنایع | Industrial Engineer

شرح شغل:

• تحلیل و ارزیابی فرآیندهای تولید به منظور بهبود کارایی و کاهش هزینه‌ها.
• تدوین، مستند سازی و پیاده‌سازی فرآیندهای اجرایی.
• انجام ممیزی‌های دوره‌ای فرآیندها و محصولات برای اطمینان از انطباق با استانداردهای کیفیت.
• طراحی، اجرا و بهبود مستمر سیستم‌های مدیریت کیفیت.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها.
• مستندسازی و گزارش‌دهی فعالیت‌ها و نتایج به مدیران.
• همکاری جهت پیاده‌سازی استاندارد IATF.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• مهارت‌های تفکر انتقادی.
• آشنا با شیوه‌های ممیزی دوره‌ای فرآیند و محصولات.
• مسلط به استانداردهای کیفیت مانند ISO 9001 و APQP.
• توانایی طراحی و بهبود مستمر سیستم‌های مدیریت کیفیت.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and evaluation of production processes in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Compilation, documentation and implementation Executive processes
- Performing periodic audits of processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Designing, implementing and continuously improving quality management systems
- Collaborating with different teams to optimize processes
>- Documenting and reporting activities and the results to managers
- use and mastery of Visual Paradigm and Visio software for process modeling
- cooperation to implement the IATF standard.

Competencies:
- degree in engineering Industries
- Having critical thinking skills
- Familiar with periodic process and product audit methods
- Proficient in Visual Paradigm software, Visio and Microsoft Office skills
- Mastery of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and APQP
- the ability to design and continuously improve quality management systems
