. فرآیندهای تأمین و خرید:
شناسایی و ارزیابی تأمین‌کنندگان: تحقیق و ارزیابی تأمین‌کنندگان داخلی برای تأمین مواد اولیه شامل خشکبار، حبوبات، زعفران و آجیل.
مدیریت قراردادها و خریدها: مذاکره و تنظیم قراردادهای تأمین و خرید با تأمین‌کنندگان و نظارت بر قیمت‌گذاری، کیفیت و زمان‌بندی تحویل.
برنامه‌ریزی خرید مواد اولیه: پیش‌بینی نیازهای تولید و برنامه‌ریزی خرید مواد اولیه مطابق با تقاضای بازار و تولید.
ارزیابی کیفیت مواد خریداری شده: نظارت بر کیفیت مواد خریداری شده و انجام بررسی‌های لازم برای اطمینان از استانداردهای لازم.
