Responsibilities:
Training users to use the software optimally
Interacting with users to identify their software problems, mainly users of the cash register system
Planning and implementing systems maintenance operations
Communication management between software through web services and APIs
planning and preparation for upgrading versions and conducting necessary tests
ensuring the implementation of software backup policies based on planning
preparing documents and videos Training sessions for users and software technical documents
Managing problems raised in the ticketing system and ensuring response time in accordance with SLA
Interacting with other IT team members to improve products and share common problems and knowledge
Required skills: Proficient in SQL Server and database structure Proficient in system integration concepts, web services and APIs Complete familiarity with financial and business software and related processes Familiarity with web systems, IIS, HTTP protocols and their troubleshooting
Familiarity with report analysis and using queries to extract reports
Experience in store or restaurant cash register software is an advantage
Mastery of SharePoint and process design is an advantage
