نظارت و پیش بینی موجودی انبار و برنامه ریزی برای خرید به موقع با توجه به سوابق قبلی
اطلاع از دستور العملهای شرکت در خصوص چگونگی خرید کالا و خدمات(آیین نامه معاملات شرکت) و اجرای صحیح آیین نامه معاملات شرکت
برقراری سیستم مدون نگهداری کالا در انبار و نگهداری حسابهای موجودی و اخذ گزارشات مختلف در این خصوص
نظارت بر امر نگهداری و حفاظت از کالای انبارش شده و انبارگردانی دوره ای جهت تحقق این مهم
نظارت بر تهیه بانک اطلاعات از فروشندگان و پیمانکاران جهت جایگزینی مطمئن برای عرضه کالاها
نظارت بر تجهیز واحدهای جدید و سایر واحدهای شرکت.
بررسی اسناد مربوط به خرید و تطبیق با آئین نامه مالی و معاملاتی شرکت و ارسال جهت معاونت مالی و اداری
داشتن دانش کافی در تنظیم قرارداهای خرید کالا و خدمات و رعایت موازین مالیاتی و بیمه ای در این خصوص
بررسی و تجزیه تحلیل وضعیت بازار و آگاهی از نوسانات قیمت ها و انتخاب کالای مرغوب و استاندارد.
