کارشناس مهندسی کارگاهی ابزار دقیق | Precision Instrumentation Engineering Workshop Expert

شرکت طراحی و ساختمان نفت (ODCC)، به عنوان یکی از شرکت‌های پیشرو در صنعت نفت و گاز ایران، در راستای اجرای پروژه‌های مهم در تهران، در واحد مهندسی نظارت کارگاهی، به دنبال جذب کارشناس مهندسی کارگاهی ابزار دقیق با تجربه و تخصص بالا می‌باشد.

*شرح شغل:

• بررسی دقیق نقشه‌های ابزار دقیق پروژه و شناسایی مغایرت‌های فنی
• تهیه متره و برآورد تجهیزات ابزار دقیق بر اساس نقشه‌ها و مستندات پروژه
• کنترل مدارک فنی ابزار دقیق و پشتیبانی فنی از واحد اجرا جهت رفع ابهامات کارگاهی
• بررسی و تأیید پیشرفت فیزیکی کار و تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای مرتبط
• شناسایی مغایرت‌های اجرایی و ارائه راهکارهای اصلاحی به سرپرست نظارت
• بررسی و اظهار نظر کارشناسی در خصوص گزارش‌های ارائه‌شده از سوی پیمانکاران
• همکاری نزدیک با دفتر فنی و تیم اجرایی پروژه به‌منظور رفع ابهامات و تأیید نهایی مدارک فنی
• تسلط کامل بر نقشه‌ها و مستندات ابزار دقیق و توانایی تفسیر دقیق آنها در محیط پروژه

*شرایط احراز و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:

• دارای 13 تا 20 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در پروژه‌های صنعتی، ترجیحاً در حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی
• آشنایی کامل با شرح وظایف مدیریت طرح (PMC) و توانایی تعامل مؤثر با تیم‌های پروژه و مدیریت کارفرما
• تسلط بر استانداردها و آیین‌نامه‌های فنی مرتبط با ابزار دقیق از جمله ISA، IEC، API و استانداردهای ملی
• توانایی بالا در بررسی و تحلیل نقشه‌ها و مدارک فنی، شناسایی مغایرت‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای اصلاحی
• دارای دقت، نظم و توجه به جزئیات در انجام امور فنی و مستندسازی
• روحیه کار تیمی و توانایی همکاری مؤثر با دفتر فنی، واحد اجرا و سایر بخش‌های پروژه
• مهارت در برقراری ارتباط حرفه‌ای و هماهنگی بین واحدها برای پیشبرد صحیح فعالیت‌های اجرایی
• توانمند در تهیه گزارش‌های فنی، متره و برآورد تجهیزات و بررسی گزارش‌های پیمانکاران

Job description:
Detailed inspection of project instrumentation plans and identification of technical discrepancies
Preparation and estimation of instrumentation equipment based on project plans and documentation
Control of technical documentation of instrumentation and support Technical from the implementation unit to resolve workshop uncertainties
Check and verify the physical progress of the work and prepare relevant periodical reports
Identify implementation discrepancies and provide corrective solutions to the supervisory supervisor
Review and express expert opinions regarding the reports submitted by contractors
Close cooperation with the technical office and the project executive team in order to resolve uncertainties and final approval of technical documents
Complete mastery of plans and documentation of precision instruments and the ability to accurately interpret them in the environment Project

Qualification conditions and required skills:
Having 13 to 20 years of relevant work experience in industrial projects, preferably in the field of oil, gas and petrochemicals
Complete familiarity with the Project Management Task Description (PMC) and the ability to interact effectively with project teams and employer management
Mastery of technical standards and regulations related to precision instruments including ISA, IEC, API and national standards
High ability to review and analyze maps and Technical documents, identifying discrepancies and providing corrective solutions
accurate, orderly and paying attention to details in carrying out technical matters and documentation
teamwork spirit and the ability to cooperate effectively with the technical office, implementation unit and other project departments
skills in establishing professional communication and coordination between units for the proper advancement of executive activities
capable of preparing technical reports, meters and equipment estimates and reviewing contractors' reports
