شرح شغل:

• مصاحبه، جمع‌آوری و تحلیل نیازمندی‌های ذینفعان و مستندسازی.
• مدیریت جلسات نیازمندی و تحلیل کسب‌وکار با ذینفعان.
• مستند کردن کامل نیازهای کشف شده با تمام جزئیات.
• تهیه گزارشات تحلیلی بر اساس داده‌های موجود.
• مستندسازی و نوشتن داستان کاربر بر مبنای نیازمندی‌های لازم و ایجاد بک‌لاگ.
• تحلیل و پیاده‌سازی فرایندهای کسب‌وکار داخلی سازمان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به مدل‌سازی به زبان UML و BPMN.
• مسلط به چرخه‌ی توسعه‌ راهکارهای نرم‌افزاری (SDLC).
• آشنا با برنامه‌نویسی.
• آشنا با متدولوژی Agile.
• آشنایی با فریم‌ورک Scrum و Kanban.
• آشنا با مفاهیم تست نرم‌افزار.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان.
• توانایی طراحی دیتا مدل.
• آشنا با مدیریت پایگاه داده SQL.
• مسلط به اصول مستندسازی فرایند.

Interviewing, collecting and analyzing the needs of stakeholders and documenting.
Management of requirements meetings and business analysis with stakeholders.
Ability to fully document discovered requirements in full detail
Preparation of analytical reports based on available data.
Documenting and writing the user story based on the necessary requirements and creating a backlog.
Analyzing and implementing internal business processes of the organization
Qualifying conditions:
Proficient in UML and BPMN modeling
Proficient in software solution development cycle (SDLC)
familiar with programming
Familiar with Agile methodology
Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban framework
Familiar with the concepts of software testing.
Ability to manage time
Ability to design data model
Familiar with SQL database management
Mastering the principles of process documentation
