شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های روزانه حسابداری.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی دوره‌ای.
• اجرای سیاست‌ها و رویه‌های مالی برای بهینه‌سازی بهره‌وری.
• همکاری با سایر بخش‌ها جهت برنامه‌ریزی مالی و بودجه‌بندی.
• اطمینان از رعایت کلیه قوانین و مقررات حسابداری و مالی و مالیاتی.
• راهبری و حمایت از تیم حسابداری و ارتقاء مهارت‌های آن‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مرتبط در سطح مدیریت میانی.
• آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری مانند تدبیر و راهکاران.
• توانایی تحلیل مسائل پیچیده مالی و ارائه راه‌حل.
• مهارت‌های قوی در مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و رهبری تیم.

DTI company, located in the import industry of basic items and fast-moving consumer goods, is looking for a person for the role of accounting supervisor in Tehran. This role includes managing accounting and financial processes, and ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial reports. The accounting supervisor is responsible for leading the accounting team and improving the organization's financial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising daily accounting activities
- Preparing and presenting periodic financial reports
- Implementation of financial policies and procedures to optimize productivity
- Cooperation with other departments for financial planning and budgeting
- Ensuring compliance with all accounting, financial and tax laws and regulations
- Effective use From accounting software including Tadbir and Solutions
- Guiding and supporting the accounting team and improving their skills

Competencies:
- Degree in finance, accounting or banking
- Relevant work experience at management level Intermediate
- Full familiarity with financial and accounting software such as planning and solutions
- Ability to analyze complex financial issues and provide solutions
- Strong skills in time management and prioritization
- Ability to communicate Effective and team leadership
