نقش شما و مسئولیت‌هایتان در تیم به شرح زیر است:

• نصب و پیکربندی سرورهای ویندوزی: نصب و پیکربندی سرورهای مایکروسافتی شامل Windows Server 2016، 2019 و جدیدتر.
• مدیریت Active Directory: مدیریت کاربران، گروه‌ها، سیاست‌های گروهی و اشیاء دامنه.
• پیکربندی و مدیریت DHCP و DNS: تنظیم و مدیریت پروتکل‌های شبکه مرتبط با سرورهای ویندوزی.
• مجازی‌سازی: پیکربندی و مدیریت ماشین‌های مجازی با استفاده از Hyper-V، VMware vSphere ، ESX و ابزارهای مرتبط.
• پشتیبان‌گیری و بازیابی: پیاده‌سازی و مدیریت راه‌کارهای پشتیبان‌گیری و بازیابی اطلاعات، شامل استفاده از Veeam Backup.
• امنیت سرورها: آشنایی کافی به سیستم هاردنینگ، پیکربندی و اعمال سیاست‌های امنیتی جهت حفاظت از سرورها در برابر حملات.
• عیب‌یابی: تشخیص و رفع مشکلات سرورهای مایکروسافتی شامل خطاهای نرم‌افزاری، شبکه و سخت‌افزاری.
• مدیریت مجوزها و دسترسی‌ها: تنظیم سطوح دسترسی به منابع شبکه، اشتراک‌ها و فایل‌ها بر اساس نیازهای سازمان.
• مدیریت به‌روزرسانی‌ها و پچ‌ها: مدیریت Windows Server Update Services برای اعمال به‌روزرسانی‌ها و پچ‌های امنیتی.

نیازمندی‌های این شغل شامل موارد زیر است:

• حداقل 3 تا 5 سال تجربه کاری در حوزه مدیریت سرورهای مایکروسافتی.
• کامل به Windows Server و نسخه‌های مختلف آن 2012، 2016، 2019 و 2022.
• تجربه در Active Directory ،DNS ،DHCP ،Group Policy و سرویس‌های زیرساخت شبکه مایکروسافت.
• مهارت در مجازی‌سازی با Hyper-V و آشنایی با VMware.
• مهارت در زمینه سرویس مایکروسافت اکسچنج و ایمیل.
• تجربه کار با PowerShell برای مدیریت سرورها و خودکار سازی وظایف.
• توانایی عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات پیچیده مرتبط با سرورها و شبکه.
• آشنایی با پلتفرم‌های نظارتی و مانیتورینگ سرورها.
• توانایی کار تیمی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
• مدیریت زمان و توانایی کار در شرایط پرفشار.
• دقت و توجه به جزئیات، به خصوص در کارهای حساس امنیتی و پشتیبان‌گیری.

Your role and responsibilities in the team are as follows:

● Installation and configuration of Windows servers: installation and configuration Microsoft servers including Windows Server 2016, 2019 and newer.

● Active Directory management: managing users, groups, group policies and domain objects.

● Configuring and managing DHCP and DNS: setting and Management of network protocols related to Windows servers.

● Virtualization: configuration and management of virtual machines using Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, ESX and related tools.

● Backup and Recovery: implementation and management of data backup and recovery solutions, including the use of Veeam Backup. ● Server security: sufficient familiarity with the hardening system, configuration and application of security policies to protect servers against attacks.

● troubleshooting: diagnosis and Fixing Microsoft server problems, including software, network and hardware errors. ● Management of permissions and accesses: setting access levels to network resources, subscriptions and files based on the organization's needs.

● Manage updates and patches: Manage Windows Server Update Services to apply updates and security patches.

The requirements of this job include the following:

● At least 3 to 5 Years of work experience in Microsoft server management.

● Complete to Windows Server and its various versions 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022.

● Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Microsoft network infrastructure services.< br>
● Skill in virtualization with Hyper-V and familiarity with VMware.

● Skill in Microsoft Exchange and email services.

● Experience working with PowerShell to manage servers and Automation Duties.

● Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to servers and network.

● Familiarity with server monitoring and monitoring platforms.

● Ability to work in a team and skill Strong communication skills. ● Time management and ability to work under pressure. ● Accuracy and attention to detail, especially in sensitive security and backup tasks.
