مسئولیت‌ها:
* مدیریت و نظارت بر کمپین‌های بازاریابی دیجیتال و افزایش بهره‌وری آن‌ها
* پیگیری و همکاری مستمر با آژانس‌های تبلیغاتی دیجیتال
* تهیه گزارش‌های روزانه، هفتگی و ماهانه از وضعیت تبلیغات
* مدیریت تیم بازاریابی (استخدام، آموزش، گزارش‌گیری و در صورت نیاز، تعدیل نیرو)
* بهبود مستمر شاخص‌های مالی و عملکردی کمپین‌ها
* نظارت بر پروداکت مارکتینگ و همکاری در مدیریت محصول (اسکرام)

مهارت‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز:
* تسلط کامل بر سوشال مدیا و سوشال مارکتینگ
* آشنایی و تسلط بر موضوعات ترند سوشال و داشتن تجربه موفق در این زمینه
* مسلط به دیجیتال مارکتینگ و پرفورمنس مارکتینگ (ROI-Based Marketing)
* تسلط بر Google Analytics 4 (GA4) و Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* توانایی تهیه و تحلیل فرمت‌های استاندارد اندازه‌گیری و گزارش‌گیری بهره‌وری تبلیغات
* تسلط نسبی به SEO
* مسلط به مفاهیم CRM و Marketing Automation
* آشنایی با روش‌های Zero Budget Marketing
* مسلط به ابزارهای گزارش‌گیری داده (Excel و داشبوردهای تحلیلی)
* آشنایی با پروداکت مارکتینگ و مدیریت محصول (اسکرام)
* حداقل سطح زبان انگلیسی B1

Responsibilities:
* Managing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns and increasing their productivity
* Continuous follow -up and cooperation with digital advertising agencies
* Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports of advertising status
* Marketing team management (recruitment, training, reporting and, if needed, power adjustment)
* Continuous improvement of campaign financial and performance indicators
* Product Marketing Supervision and Product Management Cooperation (Scram)

Specialized skills required:
* Full mastery over the media and the savage marketing
* Familiarity and mastering the subject of Susmal and having a successful experience in this field
* Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing (ROI-BASED Marketing)
* Mastery of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Ability to prepare and analyze standard formats of advertising productivity and reporting
* Relative mastery to SEO
* Fluent in the concepts of CRM and Marketing Automation
* Introduction to Zero Budget Marketing Methods
* Fluent in data reporting tools (Excel and analytical dashboards)
* Introduction to Product Marketing and Product Management (Scram)
* Minimum English language level b1
