شرکت دانش بنیان تصمیم یاران بهینه سپند در راستای تکمیل کادر فنی وتخصصی خود در حوزه پشتیبانی فنی نرم‌افزار پروژه‌ها برای پشتیبانی از نرم‌افزار تولید شده شرکت در محل مشتری از افراد با انگیزه و مسئولیت‌پذیر با مشخصات ذیل، به صورت تمام وقت، دعوت به همکاری می‌کند.

شرایط همکاری:

• ساعات کار مطابق ساعات کار مشتری (بانک) که پشتیبان جهت حضور در محل ایشان مستقر می‌شود.
• پرداخت حقوق و مزایای کار در تمام مراحل حداقل تمام آیتم‌های قانون کار را پوشش می‌دهد.
• در حین کارمستندسازی و نگارش فعالیت‌های روزانه در کنار سایر وظایف روتین روزانه الزامی‌ست.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• آشنایی با مفاهیم پایگاه داده و و ساخت گزارش‌های مبتنی بر SQL Server.
• آشنایی مقدماتی با مفاهیم شبکه.
• تجربه کار با نرم‌افزارهای CRM و Ticketing امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.
• توانایی حل مسئله و ارائه راه‌حل به مشتریان.
• توانایی آنالیز نیازمندی‌های مشتریان و طراحی فرآیند.
• توانایی آموزش و انتقال مؤثر مفاهیم و نحوه به‌کارگیری ابزارها به عوامل کارفرما.
• قابلیت یادگیری بالا.
• مهارت آموزش و انتقال مطلب.
• مهارت کار گروهی.
• مهارت تعامل با مشتری و فن بیان عالی.
• توانمند در برقراری ارتباطات موثر با مشتریان سازمان.
• منضبط و پشتکار در پیگیری امور فنی.
• علاقه‌مند به تحلیل سیستم‌ها و طراحی فرآیند.

Cooperation conditions:

Qualification requirements:

At least two years of work experience in a related field.
Familiarity with database concepts and creating reports based on SQL Server.
Preliminary familiarity with network concepts.
Experience working with CRM and Ticketing software is considered an advantage.
Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to customers.
Ability to analyze customer requirements and design processes.
Ability to effectively teach and transfer concepts and how to use tools to employer agents.
High learning ability.
Skills in teaching and transferring content.
Teamwork skills.
Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills.
Capable of establishing effective communications with the organization's customers.
Disciplined and persistent in pursuing technical matters.
