• حداقل یک سال تجربه کاری در این حوزه.
• تجربه کاری با نرم‌افزارهای مانیتورینگ (PRTG و Zabbix).
• مسلط به مفاهیم مانیتورینگ و زیرساخت و سرویس.
• مسلط به مفاهیم شبکه +Network و CCNA.
• تجربه کاری با سیستم‌عامل ویندوز و لینوکس.
• آشنایی با زیرساخت فیزیکی.
• توانایی مستندسازی و گزارش‌نویسی.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• علاقه‌­مند به یادگیری و به‌روزرسانی دانش فنی.
• قابلیت انعطاف در ساعت کاری و شیفت چرخشی.

* At least one year of work experience in this field.
* Working experience with monitoring software (PRTG and Zabbix).
* Proficient in the concepts of monitoring and infrastructure and service.
* Proficient in Network and CCNA concepts.
* Working experience with Windows and Linux operating system.
* Getting to know the physical infrastructure.
* Ability to document and write reports.
