We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic and growing product team. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to turn complex problems into simple and usable solutions for retailers in fast-pace markets. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design projects from supporting product discovery processes in partnership with UX researcher to final UI, ensuring quality and usability.
- Translate user and business needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals.
- Help maintain and evolve our design system to ensure scalable, efficient design practices.
- Work closely with product managers, developers,marketers and business stakeholders to align design work with product strategy, user needs, and delivery timelines.
- Bring a design perspective into strategic discussions and act as a trusted thought partner across cross-functional teams.
- Inspire the entire team (including your cross-functional) partners by bringing new ideas to the table.
- Advocate for the users’ voice within the product team, ensuring their needs and challenges are prioritized in every decision, while fostering a product experience that is intuitive, accessible, and empowering.
- Bring empathy, simplicity, and clarity to complex workflows and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI excellence across digital products.
- Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications.
- Strong proficiency of Figma and other design tools and experience in user research methods.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in agile product environments with iterative delivery cycles.
- Self-starter, highly organized, and passionate about design impact.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Collaborative, humble, and driven to learn and improve continuously.
