Art Director

The Art Director will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all marketing channels. This individual will lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with marketing strategists to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and communicate our brand story effectively.

Responsibilities

• Clarifying the client's brief and converting it into a design brief and Guiding designers to develop solutions that meet the requirements of the brief.
• Ensuring the technical quality of the design and Controlling outputs to ensure compliance with brand identity guidelines.
• Reviewing design trends and creativity in current global works
• Mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.
• Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary to supplement the in-house team.
• Oversee the production process, from initial concept to final execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools.
• Introduce innovative design ideas and techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
• Conduct regular reviews of competitive and industry visual communications to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a marketing or advertising agency is highly desirable.
• Exceptional creative and artistic abilities with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
