مهندس عمران (کنترل کیفی پروژه ها) | Civil Engineer (Project Quality Control)

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح آیتم‌های عمرانی مطابق با نقشه‌ها، مشخصات فنی و استانداردها.
• کنترل کیفیت مصالح ورودی به پروژه مطابق با نتایج آزمایشگاهی و تاییدیه‌ها.
• تهیه چک‌لیست‌های کنترل کیفی برای هر بخش از عملیات اجرایی.
• هماهنگی با ناظر مقیم، دستگاه نظارت و مشاور جهت رفع مغایرت‌ها.
• تهیه گزارش‌های QC روزانه/هفتگی و مستندسازی مراحل اجرای کار.
• نظارت بر نحوه اجرای بتن‌ریزی، آرماتوربندی، جوشکاری، خاکبرداری و سایر فعالیت‌های کلیدی.
• کنترل حسن اجرای پیمانکاران جزء مطابق با استانداردهای فنی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی عمران.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• تسلط کامل به استانداردهای ملی ساختمان، آیین‌نامه‌های بتن و فولاد و آشنایی با استانداردهای ISO ،HSE و روش‌های کنترل کیفیت ساخت و ساز.
• سطح متوسط در زبان انگلیسی.
• تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای MS Office ،AutoCAD و MSP.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر و پیگیر.

Entrepreneurship Conditions:
• Degree: Minimum Bachelor of Engineering
• Work experience: at least five years of relevant work experience
