- آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای تحت وب تخصصی ایرانی به عنوان مثال پنل ابری شرکت‌ها یا پنل پیامک شرکت‌ها یا تجربه کار با نرم‌افزارهای ERP تحت وب.
- آشنایی نسبی با شبکه، نصب و راه‌اندازی سیستم و شبکه‌های کوچک سازمانی یا خانگی و مفاهیم پایه آن.
- درک نسبی از UI/UX.
- آشنایی با یک زبان برنامه‌نویسی تحت وب برای اینکه درک درستی از فرآیند ارسال درخواست از فرانت‌اند به بک‌اند و دریافت پاسخ و تشخیص اولیه ایرادات از قطعی‌ها.
