شرح شغل:

• تماس تلفنی و پیگیری تسویه به موقع حساب های مشتریان.
• کنترل حساب های مشتریان مطابق با دستورالعمل و قرارداد مشتریان.
• کنترل مستمر مانده حساب های دریافتنی و مشخص کردن شرایط پرداخت و ارائه گزارش های روزانه.
• کنترل چک و فیش های دریافتی با شرایط پرداخت مشتریان.
• تهیه گزارشات لازم.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه فعالیت در حوزه مالی یا فروش و وصول مطالبات.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
• آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزارهای فروش مانند رایورز و همکاران سیستم.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر در مذاکرات با مشتریان و نمایندگان در سراسر کشور.
• منظم و مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• صبور، خوش اخلاق و پیگیر.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی.

Job description:

Continuous control of accounts receivable balances and determining payment terms and providing daily reports. .
Control of received checks and receipts with customer payment terms.
Preparation of necessary reports.
Eligibility requirements:
At least three years of experience in the field of finance or sales and collection. Requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Complete familiarity with sales software such as Rivers and System Associates.
Ability to communicate effectively in negotiations with customers and representatives across the country. Responsible.
Patient, good-mannered and persistent.
Bachelor's degree at least.
