مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی، پیاده‌سازی و بهینه‌سازی کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی پرفورمنسی در گوگل ادز (Google Ads) به منظور جذب ترافیک هدفمند و بهبود بازگشت سرمایه (ROI).
• توسعه و مدیریت استراتژی‌های تبلیغات در شبکه‌های اجتماعی (فیس‌بوک، اینستاگرام، لینکدین، توییتر و غیره) از جمله تبلیغات هدفمند و ساخت تیزرهای تبلیغاتی جذاب.
• پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های SEO به منظور افزایش رتبه سایت در موتورهای جستجو و ارتقای تجربه کاربری.
• ارتقا و مدیریت صفحات اجتماعی برند و ایجاد کمپین‌های خلاقانه و جذاب برای جذب و نگه‌داری مخاطبان.
• ساخت محتوای بصری و متنی برای تبلیغات و پست‌های اجتماعی با تمرکز بر جلب توجه و تعامل بیشتر.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و بهبود عملکرد کمپین‌های آنلاین با استفاده از ابزارهای آنالیز.
• گزارش‌دهی و ارزیابی عملکرد کمپین‌ها و سایت، پیشنهاد بهینه‌سازی‌های لازم و تنظیم استراتژی‌های جدید.
• همکاری با تیم‌های محتوا و طراحی برای بهبود تجربه کاربری و افزایش تعامل در کانال‌های دیجیتال.
• مدیریت و تحلیل دقیق عملکرد وبسایت و پیشنهاد‌های اصلاحی برای بهبود عملکرد در SEO و پرفورمنس.
• اجرای استراتژی‌های ایمیل مارکتینگ و کمپین‌های جذب مخاطب.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال تجربه در مدیریت کمپین‌های دیجیتال مارکتینگ با تمرکز بر Google Ads ،SEO و تبلیغات در شبکه‌های اجتماعی.
• توانایی ساخت و مدیریت کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی و محتوای بصری جذاب (تیزرها، ویدئوها و پست‌های گرافیکی).
• تسلط کامل به ابزارهای گوگل مانند Google Analytics ،Google Ads و SEMrush.
• آشنایی و تجربه در مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی صفحات اجتماعی مختلف (اینستاگرام، فیسبوک، لینکدین و دیگر پلتفرم‌ها).
• تجربه در ساخت محتوای خلاقانه برای تیزرها، ویدیوها، گرافیک‌های تبلیغاتی و استوری‌های شبکه‌های اجتماعی.
• توانایی تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و تبدیل آن‌ها به استراتژی‌های مؤثر.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و رهبری قوی برای هماهنگی تیمی.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای طراحی مثل Photoshop و Illustrator یا دیگر نرم‌افزارهای مشابه (ترجیحی).

Responsibilities:

* Designing, implementing and optimizing performance advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Google Ads) in order to attract targeted traffic and improve return on investment (ROI)
* Developing and managing advertising strategies in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including targeted advertising and creating attractive advertising teasers

Competencies:
