• ثبت ورود و خروج موجودی‌های انبار و اطمینان از صحت و دقت اطلاعات موجود.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر درخواست‌ها و هزینه‌های مربوط به تنخواه و گزارش‌گیری به موقع.
• بررسی مغایرت‌های بین موجودی‌ها و ثبت‌های مالی.
• بررسی ثبت دقیق هزینه‌ها و درآمدها در سیستم حسابداری و اطمینان از صحت اطلاعات ثبت شده.
• کمک به ثبت و پیگیری فروش‌ها و صدور فاکتورها و اطمینان از دقت اطلاعات مالی مربوط به فروش.
