We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated software QA specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. If you're passionate about testing, analyzing, and improving user experience and excited to collaborate with development, product, and design teams on dynamic projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute manual and analytical tests for communication platforms and internal applications.
• Prepare and implement test scenarios based on technical and business requirements.
• Identify and report bugs and errors to the development team and follow up on their resolution.
• Collaborate directly with development, product, and design teams to enhance user experience and system performance.
• Prepare analytical reports on testing status and product quality.
• Ensure products meet technical, security, and business standards.
• Verify that the implemented product aligns with the designs created in Figma.
• Test WordPress plugins and related services.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on both technical accuracy and user experience.
• Basic understanding of software testing processes (functional, usability, regression, performance, etc.).
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and convert them into practical test cases.
• Experience working in Agile teams with effective stakeholder communication.
• Basic knowledge of testing web and mobile-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with manual software testing, preferably in communication or messaging platforms, is a plus.
