• بررسی، مطالعه و تحلیل مدل‌های حاکمیت شرکتی.
• مشارکت در اجرای ارزیابی عملکرد شرکت­‌ها.
• مشارکت در استقرار سیستم مدیریت یکپارچه (IMS).
• همکاری در به‌روزآوری نمودار و شناسنامه فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار و شاخص های فرایندی با مشارکت ذی نفعان هر فرآیند.
• مشارکت در استقرار مدل تعالی سازمانی.
• مشارکت در ارزیابی هیئت ­مدیره­‌ها.

• آشنایی با مدل‌های تعالی سازمانی از قبیل EFQM.
• آشنایی با روش‌های طراحی مدل حاکمیتی.
• مهارت‌های تحلیل سیستم‌ها.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای طراحی و مدل‌سازی فرآیندها نظیر Visual Paradigm ،QPR ،Visio.

- Investigation, study and analysis of corporate governance models
- Participation in the performance evaluation of companies
- Participation in the establishment of integrated management system (IMS)
- Cooperation in updating the chart and Certificate of business processes and process indicators with the participation of the stakeholders of each process
- Participation in the establishment of organizational excellence model
- Participation in the evaluation of boards of directors

General skills:
