شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و ارائه پیشنهاد‌های و سیاست‌های مالی و نظارت برحسن اجرای آن‌ها.
• برقراری ارتباط با سایر سازمان‌ها و نهادهای ذی صلاح در خصوص مسائل مالی.
• مدیریت تمام عملیات حسابداری، اطمینان از یکپارچگی، دقت و انطباق با خط‌مشی‌ها، قوانین و مقررات شرکت.
• نظارت و کنترل به‌منظور حفـظ و نگهداری اموال و دارایی‌های شـرکت.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل ترازنامه و سود و زیان و هزینه‌های واحدهای مختلف.
• کنترل و نظارت بر حسن اجرای شرح وظایف پرسنل حسابداری.
• هماهنگی و همکاری با حسابرسان شرکت به منظور شفاف‌سازی و رفع ابهام از حساب‌ها و اسناد و ارتقای کیفی گزارشات ارائه شده توسط آن‌ها.
• برنامه‌ریزی جهت تأمین منابع مالی موردنیاز واحدها و اعمال مدیریت بر آن‌ها و بودجه‌بندی.
• تنظیم گزارش‌های مالی بر اساس نیاز سازمان و ارائه به مدیریت.
• بررسی و تطبیق وضعیت مالی فعالیت‌های برنامه‌ریزی‌شده وتجزیه‌ و تحلیل انحرافات.
• نظارت و پیشبرد عملیات بستن حساب‌ها در پایان دوره مالی و تهیه صورت‌های مالی اساسی و صورت‌ها و گزارشات میان دوره‌ای.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل و تهیه گزارش‌های مالی دوره‌ای.
• انجام تعهدات قانونی (بیمه و مالیات) و تکالیف مرتبط(اظهارنامه عملکرد، ارزش افزوده و غیره).
• مدیریت و هدایت تیم حسابداری و آموزش جهت بهبود بهره‌وری.
• کنترل محاسبات دریافت‌ها، پرداخت‌ها، گردش و مانده حساب‌ها.

• حضوری و تمام وقت.
• شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 6:30 عصر (8 تا 10 صبح شناوری).
• محل شرکت: تهران، یوسف آباد

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریتی.
• توانمند در ایجاد یا بهبود ساختار، سیستم‌ها و فرآیندهای واحد مالی (تهیه و تنظیم خط‌مشی‌ها، دستورالعمل‌ها، روش‌ها و رویه‌های مالی و تهیه و طراحی فرم‌های مورد نیاز به‌ منظور ایجاد هماهنگی در انجام امور مالی واحدهای مختلف).
• آشنایی با حوزه گردشگری رزومه‌ شما را برای توریک در اولویت قرار می‌دهد.

In Torik, we are looking for a capable and experienced person in the position of financial manager on a face-to-face and full-time basis, and if you have the following capabilities, we are eager to talk to you.

For this position The following jobs are expected: - At least five years of managerial work experience - Capable in creating or improving the structure, systems and processes of the financial unit (preparing and setting policies, instructions, methods and procedures financial affairs and preparing and designing the required forms, in order to create coordination in the financial affairs of different units.)- Planning and presenting proposals and financial policies and monitoring their implementation.- Liaison with other organizations and competent institutions regarding financial issues.
- Management of all accounting operations, ensuring integrity, accuracy and compliance with company policies, rules and regulations
- Supervision and control in order to preserve and maintain property and assets The company. - Analyzing the balance sheet, profit and loss, and expenses of different units. Ambiguity of accounts and documents and improving the quality of the reports provided by them.
- Planning to provide the financial resources needed by the units and applying management to them and budgeting.
- Preparing financial reports based on the needs of the organization. and presentation to the management.
- Checking and implementing the financial status of the planned activities and analyzing the deviations. Interim period.
- Analyzing and preparing periodical financial reports.
- Fulfilling legal obligations (insurance and tax) and related assignments (statement of performance, added value, etc.).
- Management and leading the accounting and training team to improve productivity.
- Controlling the calculations of receipts, payments, circulation and account balances.

- Saturday to Wednesday from 9 to 18:30 (8 to 10 am floating)
