We are seeking an experienced and talented Design Lead to manage and guide our design team, ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will take charge of the artistic development of marketing and promotional materials across various channels, collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of design projects. A strong focus on motion design, along with experience in creating dynamic visuals for digital platforms, will be highly valued for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Leads the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, social media and collateral materials
- Collaborates with members of the marketing team to develop strategies for advertising campaigns
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Oversee the entire design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software)
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Strong analytical skills
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practice
- At least 5+ years of experience in a design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior designer position
- Excellent eye for detail
