مهندس مکانیک | Mechanical Engineer

شرح شغل:

• شناسایی پیمانکاران خرید و ساخت و اعلام به مدیر پروژه.
• پیگیری مناقصات واگذاری خرید.
• عقد قرارداد با پیمانکاران خرید و ساخت با هماهنگی امور قراردادها با تایید مدیر پروژه.
• بازرسی بر حسن انجام خرید و ساخت در مقاطع مختلف از طریق مشاورین و نظارت.
• هدایت هزینه‌های تامین بر اساس مقدار نقدینگی و رضایت پیمانکاران و تامین‌کنندگان.
• انجام خریدهای داخلی و خارجی و ساخت با تایید مدیر پروژه.
• ارائه سایر خدمات فنی به واحدهای اجرائی مانند حمل‌ونقل تجهیزات و بیمه و ترخیص کالا.
• برنامه‌ریزی جزئی خریدها و ساخت ها مطابق برنامه‌های اصلی امور برنامه‌ریزی.
• ارائه گزارشات پیشرفت هفتگی و ماهیانه از فعالیت‌های خرید و ساخت به برنامه‌ریزی.
• تهیه گزارشات مالی ماهیانه از پرداخت‌های انجام شده و پیش رو به پیمانکاران و پیش‌بینی بودجه مورد نیاز و ارائه به مسئول مالی اداری و مدیر پروژه.
• ارزیابی‌های اولیه و دوره‌ای از سازندگان و فروشندگان کالا و خدمات.
• پیگیری تهیه PACKING LIST و حمل و بسته‌بندی و ترخیص و بیمه و بارگیری و تخلیه.
• ارائه خدمات ساخت داخلی برای جایگزینی خریداری خارجی در مقاطع مختلف پروژه با تایید مدیر پروژه.
• ایجاد بانک اطلاعاتی سازندگان و فروشندگان.
• تهیه بانک اطلاعاتی قیمت‌ها و اخذ بودجه‌های لازم برای خریدهای پروژه.
• انجام کلیه اموری که ماهیت تامین دارند و در بهینه‌سازی روند پروژه موثر واقع می‌گردند.
• مدیریت در تامین تجهیزات اصلی در سایت.
• هماهنگی با مدیر مهندسی در طراحی و برآورد احجام و تفکیک عملیات ساخت و خرید.
• تهیه لیست خریدهای مستقیم پروژه که بعد از خرید بسته‌بندی و به سایت ارسال خواهند گردید.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک، فرآیند معدنی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• حداقل ده سال تجربه در حوزه ساخت و تامین در حوزه صنعت معدن.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• مسلط به مهندسی خرید و اصالت کالا.

Master of Mechanical Engineering/Mining Process/Metallurgy/Welding
Having at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply in the field of mining industry
Proficiency in English
Mastery of purchase engineering and product authenticity
Identification of purchase and construction contractors and notification to the project manager
Pursuing procurement tenders
Signing contracts with purchase and construction contractors with the coordination of contracts with the approval of the project manager
Inspection on the good conduct of purchase and construction at different stages through consultants and supervision
Directing supply costs based on liquidity and satisfaction of contractors and suppliers
Making internal and external purchases and construction with the approval of the project manager
Providing other technical services to executive units such as transportation of equipment and insurance and clearance of goods
Detailed planning of purchases and constructions according to the main plans of planning affairs
Providing weekly and monthly progress reports from purchase and construction activities to planning
Preparing monthly financial reports of payments made and upcoming to contractors and forecasting the required budget and presenting them to the administrative finance officer and project manager.
Initial and periodic assessments of manufacturers and sellers of goods and services
Follow up on preparation of PACKING LIST, transportation, packaging, clearance, insurance, loading and unloading
Providing internal construction services to replace external purchases at different stages of the project with the approval of the project manager
Creating a database of manufacturers and sellers
Preparing a database of prices and obtaining the necessary budgets for project purchases
Doing all the things that have a supply nature and are effective in optimizing the project process
Management in the supply of main equipment on site
Coordinating with the engineering manager in designing and estimating volumes and separation of construction and purchase operations
Preparation of the list of direct purchases of the project, which will be packaged and sent to the site after purchase.
