مسئولیت ها:
- طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی مطابق با اهداف کلی شرکت
- مدیریت فرآیندهای جذب و استخدام نیروی کار جدید
- همکاری با مدیران دیگر برای تعیین نیازهای جذب نیروی انسانی
- نظارت بر امور اداری و پردازش امور اشتغال کارکنان
- تدوین و به‌روزرسانی سیاست‌ها و رویه‌های منابع انسانی
- توسعه و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی و توسعه مهارت کارکنان
- ارائه مشاوره و پشتیبانی در موارد مربوط به پرسنل و مدیریت تضادها

شایستگی ها:
- دارای مدرک دانشگاهی در مدیریت منابع انسانی یا رشته‌های مرتبط
- مهارت‌های عالی در تفکر انتقادی و حل مسئله
- تجربه کافی در مدیریت استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی
- آشنا به اصول و رویه‌های منابع انسانی و استعدادیابی
- توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و استدلال کلامی و عددی
