مدیر فروش | Sales Manager

شرح وظایف:

• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های بازاریابی برای افزایش فروش و آگاهی از برند.
• هدایت و مدیریت کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی (آنلاین و آفلاین) و سنجش اثربخشی آن‌ها.
• تحلیل رفتار مشتریان و شناسایی فرصت‌های رشد.
• مدیریت فعالیت‌های دیجیتال مارکتینگ، از جمله شبکه‌های اجتماعی، وب‌سایت و تبلیغات دیجیتال.
• ایجاد و توسعه شبکه‌های ارتباطی با مشتریان و مدیریت روابط عمومی.
• ارائه گزارشات دقیق به مدیریت ارشد و پیشنهاد راهکارهای جدید برای بهبود عملکرد.
• مدیریت تصویر برند و بهبود تجربه مشتریان از طریق استراتژی‌های نوآورانه.
• ساعت‌های کاری: از 8 صبح تا 6 عصر.
• محل کار: شیراز.
• شرایط پرداخت: حقوق ثابت + پورسانت و مزایای رقابتی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل هفت سال سابقه کار در زمینه مدیریت بازاریابی و تبلیغات.
• توانایی ایجاد، هدایت و انگیزش تیم‌های تبلیغاتی.
• مسلط به طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های بازاریابی و تحلیل بازار.
• مدرک در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، بازاریابی، ارتباطات یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط؛ یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• آشنا با نرم‌افزارهای مارکتینگ (مانند Google Analytics، ابزارهای SEO ،CRM و غیره) و مجموعه Microsoft Office.
• مهارت در برنامه‌ریزی و بودجه‌بندی کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی.
• توانایی طراحی و توسعه برند و بهبود جایگاه برند در بازار.
• تفکر استراتژیک، خلاقیت بالا و توانایی حل مسائل پیچیده.
• روحیه نتیجه‌گرا، ارتباطات قوی و مهارت در کار تیمی.
• آشنایی با روندهای جدید تبلیغاتی و تحقیقات بازار.

• At least 7 years of work experience in the field of marketing and advertising management.

• Ability to create, lead and motivate advertising teams. br>
• Having a degree in business management, marketing, communication, MBA or other related fields.

• Familiar with marketing software (such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite.

• Skill in planning and budgeting advertising campaigns.

• Ability to design and develop the brand and improve the brand position in the market.

• Strategic thinking. , high creativity and the ability to solve complex problems.

• Result-oriented spirit, strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with new advertising trends and market research.

Duties: • Designing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness. • Directing and managing advertising campaigns (online and offline) and measuring their effectiveness. br>• Analyzing customer behavior and identifying growth opportunities.

• Managing digital marketing activities, including social networks, website and digital advertising.

• Creating and developing communication networks. with customers and public relations management.

• Provide detailed reports to senior management and suggest new solutions to improve performance.

• Manage brand image and improve customer experience through innovative strategies.

Working conditions:
Working hours: 8:00 to 18:00
