مدیر آزمایشگاه | Laboratory Manager

• داشتن مدرک دکتری داروسازی در این عنوان شغلی الزامی‌ست.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقۀ مدیریتی در شرکت‌های داروسازی.
• تسلط کامل به استخراج مطالب از فارماکوپه‌های معتبر (USP ،BP و غیره).
• آشنایی با الزامات ISO.
• آشنایی با استاندارد ISIRI.
• مسلط به انجام آزمون‌های فیزیکوشیمیایی، میکروبی و آنالیز دستگاهی (HPLC ،GC و غیره).
• توانایی به‌روزرسانی روش‌های آنالیز مطابق آخرین نسخه فارماکوپه‌های معتبر و بازنگری روش‌های آنالیز در صورت لزوم.
• مسلط به نگارش و به‌روزرسانی SOPهای کار با تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی، روش‌های انجام آنالیز مواد اولیه، ملزومات بسته‌بندی و محصولات.
• مسلط به فرآیندهای نمونه‌برداری از مواد اولیه، ملزومات بسته‌بندی و محصولات.
• توانایی نظارت بر امور کیفی واحد تولید.
• توانایی ایجاد Specification برای مواد اولیه، ملزومات بسته‌بندی و محصولات در صورت نیاز.
• مسلط به فرآیندهای پایداری مواد اولیه و محصولات.

شرکت داروسازی سپیداج جهت تکمیل کادر خود در کارخانه اشتهارد از افراد واجد شرایط به شرح ذیل دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.
 
شرح شغل:

• توسعه برنامه آموزشی و رهبری فعالیت‌های آموزشی مورد نیاز کارکنان آزمایشگاه.
• نگارش و به‌روزرسانی SOPهای کار با تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی، روش‌های انجام آنالیز مواد اولیه، ملزومات بسته‌بندی و محصولات.
• نظارت بر امور کیفی واحد تولید.
• ایجاد Specification برای مواد اولیه، ملزومات بسته‌بندی و محصولات در صورت نیاز.
• ساعت‌های کاری: از 8 صبح تا 6 عصر.

Qualifying requirements for quality control laboratory manager (specialist)
• Having a doctorate in pharmacy is required for this job title.
• Complete familiarity with GMP and GLP principles
• Complete mastery of extracting content from authentic pharmacopoeias (USP, BP, etc.), familiarity with ISO requirements and familiarity with ISIRI standard
• Mastery of performing Physicochemical, microbial tests and instrumental analysis (HPLC, GC, etc.) Ability to update analysis methods according to the latest version of valid pharmacopoeias and review analysis methods if necessary. Products • Getting to know the documentation methods in the quality control laboratory • Mastering the sampling processes of raw materials, packaging requirements and products • Getting to know the validation methods of the quality control laboratory equipment Familiarity with the R&D unit of pharmaceutical companies
• Ability to monitor the quality affairs of the production unit
• Familiar with the processes governing the IPQC unit
• Ability to create specifications for raw materials, packaging requirements and products if needed< br>• Complete familiarity with safety requirements in the laboratory.

Having a Ph.D. degree in pharmacy is required for this job title.
Having at least 5 years of related work experience in pharmaceutical companies
Complete mastery of extracting materials from authoritative pharmacopoeias (USP, BP, etc.), familiarity with ISO requirements and familiarity with ISIRI standard

Ability to create specifications for raw materials, packaging requirements and products if needed br>• Development of the training program and leadership of training activities required by the laboratory staff
• The power to lead and supervise the management of subordinate personnel and coordinate with the production manager
• Familiarity with the regulatory rules and regulations in the related field of work
