مسئولیت‌ها:

• شناسایی نیازهای مشتریان و تحلیل بازار برای ارائه محصولات جدید و بهبود محصولات موجود.
• تعریف ویژگی‌ها و الزامات محصول با همکاری تیم‌های طراحی، توسعه و فروش.
• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت زمان‌بندی توسعه محصول از ایده تا عرضه.
• هماهنگی با تیم‌های مختلف برای اطمینان از تحویل به‌موقع و باکیفیت محصول.
• بررسی و تحلیل بازخوردهای مشتریان و ایجاد تغییرات لازم در محصول.
• مانیتورینگ رقبا و ارائه راهکارهای نوآورانه برای حفظ مزیت رقابتی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال تجربه کاری در مدیریت محصول یا نقش‌های مشابه.
• توانایی تحلیل نیازهای بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید.
• مهارت‌های عالی در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت پروژه.
• توانایی ارتباط مؤثر با تیم‌های مختلف و ایجاد هم‌افزایی.
• تجربه کار با ابزارهای مدیریت محصول.
• آشنایی با متدولوژی‌های توسعه نرم‌افزار.

مهارت‌های ترجیحی:

• تجربه کاری در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و نرم‌افزار.
• آشنایی با اصول طراحی تجربه کاربری (UX/UI).
• توانایی کار در محیط‌های پویا و پرچالش.

Responsibilities :

Identify customer needs and market analysis to present new products and improve existing products
Define product features and requirements in collaboration with Design, Development and Sales teams
Product Development Planning and Management From the idea to the release of
Coordination with different teams to ensure timely and high quality product delivery
review and analyze customer feedback and make the necessary changes to the product
Competitors Monitoring and Innovative Solutions to Maintain Competitive Advantage Requirements:

At least 3 years of work management experience or similar roles
Ability to analyze market needs and identify new opportunities
Excellent skills in project planning and management
Ability Effective Relationship with Different Teams and Create Synergy
Working experience with Product Management tools
Familiar with Software Development Methodologies
Preferential Skills:

Information and ICT experience User Design Principles (UX/UI)
Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments
