Management and control of payroll systems and performance calculations, overtime, work deductions. and rewards. Management and leadership of appropriate events and ceremonies related to the organization and personnel. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, industrial engineering or other related fields. At least five years of experience in resource management. Human (preferably in the factory). Proficient in labor law and social security. Proficient in human resource development and promotion systems (attraction, retention, training, promotion and performance evaluation). Proficient in the principles and basics of human resources planning. Familiarity with the principles and Negotiation skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to analyze and have problem solving skills.
