The role
We are looking for a UI/UX & Visual Designer who can combine digital product design with creative brand execution. You will design intuitive, accessible experiences for web and app platforms while also creating compelling visuals for campaigns, events, and social media. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of UX craft, design systems, and brand governance.
Responsibilities
- UI/UX design: Deliver end-to-end designs for responsive websites, apps, and learning hubs (flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, clickable prototypes).
- Design systems: Build and evolve systems with variables, tokens, components, and usage guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Campaign & marketing assets: Create landing pages, banners, brochures, reports, event displays, and email campaigns aligned with brand standards.
- Research & validation: Run quick studies or usability tests, synthesise findings, and translate insights into design improvements.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work with strategy, PM, developers, and marketers to scope, estimate, and deliver on time.
- Production handoff: Prepare Dev Mode specs, annotations, and QA support to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible outcomes.
- AI-assisted design: Use AI tools responsibly for ideation, asset generation, and iteration while keeping quality and brand alignment.
- Brand governance: Maintain visual continuity across channels, set and monitor graphic standards, and safeguard LSI’s design quality.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio that shows process and results
- Proficiency in Figma: auto-layout, components, variables/tokens, library management, prototyping, and file hygiene
- UX fundamentals: user flows, IA, wireframing, responsive/mobile-first design, 8-pt grid, accessibility (WCAG 2.2)
- Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for visual and marketing design
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Research and testing skills: plan/run quick studies, analyse results, and apply improvements
- AI literacy: familiarity with Figma AI, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Uizard, or Higgsfield for efficient exploration
- Strong grasp of colour, typography, and visual hierarchy
Nice to have
- Experience building or maintaining design systems in production environments
- Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing to support data-informed design decisions
- Prior digital-agency experience working across multiple client projects
- Motion graphics and video editing (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
- Presentations and email campaign design
- Ability to supervise or review project execution for brand alignment
