About the Role:
We seek a highly analytical and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in interpreting data, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational and security performance.
This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leveraging data to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity by maintaining rigorous validation and quality control procedures.
Support the Operations team with on-demand analyses and strategic projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in operations or a related industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., SuperSet, Power BI).
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
