شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت فعالیت‌های مالی شرکت شامل بودجه‌بندی، پیش‌بینی مالی و تحلیل‌های مالی.
• تحلیل داده‌ها و مدیریت فرآیندهای مالی.
• اطمینان از رعایت قوانین و مقررات مالی.
• مدیریت روابط با بانک‌ها، حسابداران و سایر نهادهای مالی.
• برقراری ارتباط با بانک‌ها و موسسات مالی.
• کنترل هزینه‌ها و بهره‌وری مالی.
• نظارت بر فعالیت‌های حسابداری و تهیه گزارشات مالی.
• مدیریت بودجه‌بندی و پیش‌بینی‌های مالی.
• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های مالی شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه در صنعت ساختمان.

Job Description:

Planning and managing the company's financial activities including budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis
Ability to analyze data and manage financial processes
Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations
Management of relations with banks, accountants and other financial institutions
Relationship with banks and financial institutions
Control of costs and financial efficiency
Supervision of accounting activities and preparation of financial reports
Management Budget Financial planning and forecasting
Development and implementation of the company's financial strategies

Having experience in the construction industry will be one of the requirements of this position.
