Job description and responsibilities:
Familiar with human resources processes
Recruiting and hiring, training and development, performance evaluation and job satisfaction
Ability to implement and assist in evaluating employee performance and preparing periodic reports of HR processes
Compilation and establishment of patterns and processes, organizational structures and tasks
Ability to analyze work areas and have system thinking
Familiarity with and mastery of the concepts of quality improvement and operational plans in the field of human resources
Responsible follow-up of assigned tasks
Interested in teamwork and effective interaction
Preparation and arrangement of documents related to the settlement process of employees, making the necessary arrangements with these people and following up on matters related to this process
Pursuing requests related to employee welfare matters such as loans and other approved organizational welfare and making the necessary arrangements to carry out administrative work related to them.
Ability to implement motivational and appropriate programs
Familiarity with payroll software
