در شرکت توسعه حفاری تدبیر، به عنوان مدیر امور حقوقی و قراردادها، شما مسئولیت مدیریت و نظارت بر تمامی جنبه‌های حقوقی و قراردادی شرکت در صنعت تولید نفت و گاز، پالایش نفت و پتروشیمی را دارید. 

شرح شغل:

• تهیه، بررسی و مذاکره بر سر قراردادهای مختلف به منظور تضمین منافع شرکت.
• نظارت بر رعایت قوانین و مقررات حقوقی و پیمانی مرتبط با صنعت نفت و گاز.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف به منظور مدیریت ریسک های قانونی و قراردادی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته حقوق.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• تجربه کاری در زمینه وکالت یا مشاوره حقوقی در صنعت نفت و گاز.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم و مهارت‌های توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های حقوقی.

In Tadbir Drilling Development Company, as the Manager of Legal Affairs and Contracts, you are responsible for managing and monitoring all the legal and contractual aspects of the company in the oil and gas industry, oil and petrochemical refining. This role is located in the city of Tehran and is of strategic importance to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
