کارشناس ابزاردقیق | Instrumentation Expert

شرح وظایف:

• تحلیل تجهیزات موجود اندازه‌گیری و کنترل در صنایع و ساختمان‌ها از نظر دقت، قابلیت اطمینان و ارتباط‌پذیری.
• شناسایی نیازهای سخت‌افزاری برای برداشت پارامترهای الکتریکی، مکانیکی و حرارتی از تجهیزات مختلف.
• طراحی، نصب و نظارت بر استقرار تجهیزات ابزاردقیق برای نیروگاه‌های خورشیدی، دیزل ژنراتورها، UPS سیستم‌های ذخیره‌سازی انرژی.
• بررسی، انتخاب و استقرار تجهیزات اندازه‌گیری قابل اتصال به شبکه برای تفکیک‌پذیری مصرف انرژی برق، گاز، آب و سایر حامل‌ها.
• تضمین آماده‌سازی داده‌ها برای انتقال به سیستم‌های IT و سامانه مدیریت انرژی (EMS).
• تعریف و پیکربندی آلارم‌ها و رویدادهای مصرف غیرمتعارف انرژی در سامانه EMS.
• ارائه مستندات فنی و گزارش‌های تحلیلی از عملکرد تجهیزات و مصرف انرژی.
• همکاری با تیم فنی و نرم‌افزار برای راه‌اندازی، آزمون و تحویل سامانه‌های یکپارچه اندازه‌گیری و مدیریت انرژی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی برق، کنترل، ابزاردقیق یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کار در پروژه‌های صنعتی مرتبط با ابزاردقیق و اتوماسیون.
• مسلط به تجهیزات اندازه‌گیری جریان، ولتاژ، توان، فشار، دما و ارتعاشات.
• آشنایی با پروتکل‌های ارتباطی صنعتی مانند Modbus ،BACnet ،OPC ،Profibus.
• آشنایی با شبکه‌های کامپیوتری و انتقال داده در بسترهای صنعتی.

Tasks Description:

Analysis of existing equipment measurement and control in industries and buildings in terms of accuracy, reliability and communication
Identifying hardware needs to harvest electrical, mechanical and thermal parameters from various equipment
Design, install and monitor the deployment of precision tool equipment for solar power plants, diesel generators. And other carriers
Ensure Data Preparation for IT and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
Define and Configuration of Energy Consumption Alarms and Events in EMS System
Provide technical documentation and analytical reports on equipment performance and energy consumption
collaborate with technical team and software management and management. Authority:

Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control, Protection Tools or related fields
at least 3 years of work experience in industrial projects related to precision tools and automation
mastery of current measuring equipment, voltage, power, pressure, temperature and vibrations
