مدیر نگهداری و تعمیرات | Maintenance Manager

مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف اصلی:

• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای استراتژی‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات (پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی) جهت افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش توقف‌های غیرمنتظره.
• نظارت بر عملکرد تجهیزات مرتبط و هماهنگی تیم‌های فنی برای انجام تعمیرات لازم.
• تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های پیشگیرانه جهت کاهش خرابی‌ها و افزایش عمر مفید تجهیزات.
• کنترل موجودی قطعات یدکی و تجهیزات مصرفی برای بهبود زمان واکنش به خرابی‌ها.
• انجام بازرسی‌های دوره‌ای و عیب‌یابی تجهیزات برای شناسایی مشکلات احتمالی.
• مدیریت بودجه و هزینه‌های نگهداری با هدف کاهش هزینه‌های غیرضروری.
• همکاری نزدیک با سایر واحدها (تولید، تامین، مهندسی) برای هماهنگی فعالیت‌های نگهداری.
• تحلیل و ارزیابی شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPI) و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی دوره‌ای.
• رعایت اصول ایمنی و استانداردهای HSE در تمام عملیات‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات.
• رهبری، آموزش و توسعه تیم فنی نگهداری و تعمیرات برای ارتقای مهارت‌ها و بهره‌وری.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کامل با سیستم‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات (مانند TPM و CMMS) و پیاده‌سازی روش‌های بهینه در سازمان.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌ مهندسی مکانیک.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار در حوزه نگهداری و تعمیرات، به‌ویژه در صنایع تولیدی و تجهیزات مرتبط.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات (مانند نگهداری پیشگیرانه PM ،CMMS و TPM).
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت تیم‌های فنی و تدوین استراتژی‌های تعمیرات.
• توانایی عیب‌یابی تجهیزات مرتبط و آشنایی با فناوری‌های مورد استفاده در تجهیزات صنعتی.
• مسلط به تحلیل داده‌های عملکرد تجهیزات و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت نگهداری و Microsoft Office.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای ایمنی و محیط زیست (HSE).
• مهارت در حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط بحرانی.

Main responsibilities and duties:
1. Planning and implementation of maintenance and repair strategies (preventive and corrective) to increase productivity and reduce unexpected stops.
2. Complete familiarity with maintenance and repair systems (such as TPM and CMMS) and implementation of optimal methods in the organization.
3. Monitoring the performance of related equipment and coordinating technical teams to carry out necessary repairs.
4. Developing and implementing preventive programs to reduce breakdowns and increase the useful life of equipment. 5. Inventory control of spare parts and consumables to improve response time to breakdowns.
6. Periodic inspections and equipment troubleshooting to identify possible problems.
7. Managing the budget and maintenance costs with the aim of reducing unnecessary costs.
8. Close collaboration with other units (production, supply, engineering) to coordinate maintenance activities.
9. Analyzing and evaluating key performance indicators (KPI) and presenting periodic management reports.
10. Compliance with safety principles and HSE standards in all maintenance and repair operations.
11. Leadership, training and development of the maintenance and repair technical team to improve skills and productivity. Qualification conditions: 1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (mechanics).
2. Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in the field of maintenance and repairs, especially in manufacturing industries and related equipment.
3. Familiarity with maintenance and repair systems (such as preventive maintenance PM, CMMS and TPM)
4. Management skills: the ability to plan, lead technical teams and develop repair strategies.
5. The ability to troubleshoot related equipment and familiarity with the technologies used in industrial equipment.
6. Analytical skills: mastering the analysis of equipment performance data and process optimization.
7. Mastery of maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.
8. Familiarity with safety and environmental standards (HSE).
9. Skill in solving problems and making decisions in critical situations.
