مهندس عمران | Civil Engineer

شرح وظایف:

• ارائه طرح و نقشه با کمک نرم‌افزارهای مهندسی.
• برقراری ارتباط با کارفرمایان، مشتریان و بررسی نیازهای آن‌ها.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های ارائه شده توسط مهندسان ناظر، مهندسین طراحی نقشه با کمک نرم‌افزار.
• مدیریت لازم برای تمامی مراحل اعم از نظارت، راهنمایی و تولید.
• نظارت و اطمینان از تجهیز بخش‌های مختلف به تجهیزات ایمنی.
• بررسی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل گزارش‌های نقشه‌برداری، عکس‌های هوایی و سایر داده‌های توپولوژیکی و جغرافیایی برای طراحی.
• ارائه گزارش‌های مورد نیاز به مشتری و کارفرما.

شرایط احراز:

• دارای مجوز برای اجرای نظام مهندسی.
• سه سال سابقه ساخت‌وساز.
• آشنایی با مقررات ملی ساختمان.
• مسلط به فناوری اطلاعات (نرم افزار)، ریاضیات و مهندسی.
• قدرت کافی برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های موجود از جمله محاسبات، راه‌حل‌ها و تصمیمات مرتبط.
• مهارت‌های لازم و کافی برای مدیریت کامل پروژه از جمله تحویل کار با توجه به زمان و میزان مواد تعیین شده.
• مهارت‌های لازم برای برقراری ارتباط حرفه‌ای با سایر همکاران، کارفرمایان و کارگران.
• مهارت‌های مربوط به بیان و نوشتن برای ارائه توضیحات لازم به دیگران و نوشتن گزارش کار پروژه.

Duties

Providing plans and maps with the help of engineering software
Ability to communicate with employers, clients and investigate their needs
Ability to analyze data provided by supervising engineers, drawing engineers with the help of software
The necessary management ability for all stages, including supervision, guidance and production
Monitoring and ensuring that different departments are equipped with safety equipment
Review and analyze mapping reports, aerial photographs and other topological and geographic data for design
Providing required reports to the client, employer




Skills

Licensed to implement the engineering system
3 years of construction experience
Familiarity with national building regulations
Mastery of information technology (software), mathematics and engineering
Sufficient power to analyze existing data including calculations, solutions and related decisions
Necessary and sufficient skills for complete project management, including delivery of work according to the time and amount of materials determined
Having the necessary skills to communicate professionally with other colleagues, employers and workers
Speaking and writing skills to provide necessary explanations to others and write project work reports
