The Production Support team in Kordan, Iran, is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance in our production processes, ensuring we continue to deliver life-changing products to patients worldwide.

The position:

As a production support engineer, you will:

• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with company standards, ensuring compliance with the cLEAN methodology and a process-based approach.
• Manage change control processes for SOPs, including handling Change Requests (CRs) and Vendor Non-Conformities (VNCs).
• Address deviations through structured investigation cycles utilizing problem-solving tools.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and validation activities to ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk's validation strategy and relevant SOPs.
• Provide expertise in equipment validation, support quality performance evaluations, consumer complaint investigations, training initiatives, and on-call production line support.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical/Biotechnology) or Science (Chemistry, Physics, etc.)
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Adequate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
• Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
