Key Responsibilities
● Proficient in Excel, including creating reports and charts for data analysis.
● Accurate and efficient in data entry, ensuring all records are maintained with precision.
● Excellent relationship management skills with vendors and sellers, ensuring smooth communication and negotiation.
● Timely placement of orders, ensuring that all procurement processes are executed on schedule.
● Familiarity with basic financial concepts, aiding in the handling of financial documents and reports.
● Passionate and highly motivated, bringing enthusiasm to the role and daily tasks.
● Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
● Demonstrates ownership of projects, taking initiative to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
● Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
● Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and analytics.
● Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline
Qualifications
● At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management, Data Entry, Business Analytics, Business line management, and commercial or project management.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using, Excel, and Microsoft office).
● Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
● Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
