ما در دیجی‌اکسپرس (بازوی لجستیکی دیجی‌کالا) به یک فرد با تجربه در حوزه کنترل و مدیریت پروژه برای موقعیت شغلی سرپرست کنترل پروژه نیازمندیم که در نقش‌های زیر در بیزنس ما نقش آفرینی کند.

شرح شغل:

• اجرای دقیق برنامه زمان‌بندی پروژه و کنترل مستمر آن.
• اخذ و کنترل نقشه‌های اجرایی از دفتر فنی جهت اجرا و ابلاغ و رفع ابهام آن‌ها برای پیمانکاران.
• کنترل اجرای دقیق کارها از نظر فنی، تراز بودن و نظم و ترتیب.
• پیش‌بینی کارهای اجرایی و تدارک مصالح و نیروی انسانی و رفع موانع احتمالی.
• کنترل کیفیت و برقراری ایمنی عملیات.
• کنترل پیشرفت فیزیکی و مالی پروژه و انعکاس موارد متناقض.
• تعیین صلاحیت پیمانکاران به لحاظ نیروی کار، ساعت کار و تعهدات اجرایی.
• نظارت بر نحوه عملکرد پیمانکاران درباره خرید، توزیع و تحویل مصالح.
• تهیه گزارش روزانه پیشرفت فیزیکی و حجم عملیات انجام شده و ثبت وقایع کارگاهی.
• تهیه صورت‌مجلس کارگاهی درباره مصالح ،مقدار کارانجام شده و تطابق آن با نقشه‌ها.
• تهیه مستندات درباره موارد مبهم و ناقص نقشه‌ها و ارائه به کارفرما، با ثبت تاریخ تسلیم، تایید، تهیه و پیگیری صورت ‌وضعیت‌های موقت و نحوه وصول آن.
• مسئول حفاظت فیزیکی از کارگاه و اموال مدیریت و ارتباط.

پیش‌نیازها:

• مسلط به اجرای عملیات عمرانی و معماری ساختمانی.
• مسلط به برق صنعتی و قدرت، دیتا، سینی‌گذاری و کاندوئیت کاری.
• حداقل چهار سال سابقه مدیریتی در پروژه‌های صنعتی.
• آشنایی با نرم افزار MSP.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و کنترل پروژه‌ها.
• امکان رفتن به محل پروژه‌ها بیرون از شرکت.

We at Digi Express (the logistics arm of DigiKala) need a person with at least three years of experience in the field of project control and management for the position of project control supervisor, who will play the following roles in our business:

• Accurate implementation of the project schedule and its continuous control.
• Obtaining and controlling executive plans from the technical office in order to implement and communicate them and clarifying their ambiguity for contractors
• Controlling the accurate execution of works from a technical point of view, alignment and Order and order
• Anticipation of executive works and procurement of materials and manpower and removal of possible obstacles Competence of contractors in terms of manpower, working hours and executive obligations
• Monitoring the performance of contractors regarding the purchase, distribution and delivery of materials
• Preparing daily reports of physical progress and volume of operations performed and recording workshop events
• Preparation of the report of the workshop assembly about the materials, the amount of work done and its matching with the plans
• Preparation of documents about the ambiguous and incomplete items of the plans and presenting it to the employer, by recording the date of submission, approval, preparation and follow-up of the report of temporary situations and how its collection.
• responsible for the physical protection of the workshop and property, management and communication

prerequisites
• mastery in the implementation of construction operations and building architecture.
• proficient in industrial electricity and power, data , traying and work conduit.
• At least four years of management experience in industrial projects.
• Familiarity with MSP software.
• Ability to manage time and control projects.
• Possibility to go to Location of projects outside the company.
